There is a $350 a year fee to remain as an affiliate.

What happens to my current company?
Nothing. Your company continues to exist as it always has. You simply add
the name Sky Appraisals as a DBA of your current company. You will not
even need new bank accounts just add the new name to your current bank
account.

How does Sky Appraisals assist in marketing on a local level?
All the individual companies/appraisers will be asked for marketing ideas. The results will
be passed on to you through a monthly email/letter. You will not be required to participate in
any advertising. How you advertise and run your business will be up to you. We also refer
our clients to other appraisers when they need appraisers in other parts of the state.

How do you assist me with marketing on a national level?
Name recognition and referrals. When a national lender is searching for an appraiser in an
area he has never worked in before the results are an alphabet soup of different names and
companies. We provide them with a name they have heard of and used before. Our
appraisers also network and refer their clients to other branch offices.

How do we assist in credit card orders?
If you have a credit card that you need to process. You can fill out the credit card form. We
will process the card for you. Then send you a check. We do charge a $15 fee to cover our
costs. This is not the cheapest way to process cards but it is an option.

We have a team of processors to help type your reports. If you are tired, over worked,
under staffed or just want to speed up your turn times we can help. Just send us your ACI
or Ala Mode file with the subject's address,city and state filled in along with the
comparable address and cities on your templated form with your file number. If the
appraisal is outside of Iowa include a link to the county web-site in the e-mail. We will
then fill in as much of the report as we can from the assessors page and e-mail it back
