Order Processing
Our order processing is quick and easy. To have an appraisal processed
simply send us an email with an ACI or Ala Mode file attached. The file
should be on your templated form, with the file number, subject address, city
and state and comparable addresses and cities filled in. (Outside of Iowa
add a link to the assessors web-page to the e-mail) Our processors will
take it from there. As long as the assessor for that county is on-line and the
property cards are available we will fill in as much of the information as we
can access. We then e-mail back the filled in form and you finish it from
there.

Payments for processed orders will be due within 15 days of completion and can be
paid by check, visa or mastercard. Invoices will be e-mailed along with the
completed appraisal.
